Vendor Participation Standards
These standards keep BillerFit useful, quiet, and transparent for practices and participating billing or credentialing vendors.
Accurate capability profiles
Vendors must provide current, supportable information about service areas, EHR and payer experience, minimum practice size, team model, specialties, services, and pricing structure. Material changes should be reported to vendors@billerfit.com.
What verification means
Verification confirms control of a business-domain email and may include comparison with public company information. It is not an endorsement, certification, background check, or guarantee of service quality, compliance, or financial stability.
Opportunity use and anti-spam rules
- Use a redacted opportunity only to decide whether the stated practice needs fit your services.
- Do not attempt to identify or contact the practice before an accepted introduction.
- Do not add practice contacts to marketing lists or send unsolicited bulk email.
- Use introduced contact information only for the requested business conversation unless the practice separately agrees.
- Honor opt-outs and applicable email, privacy, and marketing rules.
- Never request patient or clinical information through BillerFit.
Ranking and sponsorship
Pilot matching uses capability compatibility, including state, practice size, EHR, payer, and service fit. Payment does not change this score. Any future sponsored placement will be visibly labeled and separated from compatibility ranking.
Corrections, pauses, and removal
The preference link in each opportunity email can pause future opportunity emails or request profile removal without a call. Corrections can be sent to vendors@billerfit.com. Removal from matching is immediate when requested; eligible record deletion follows the Privacy Notice.
Enforcement
BillerFit may pause or remove profiles for inaccurate information, deceptive claims, spam, unauthorized contact, unsafe conduct, or repeated failure to honor these standards.
