Pilot Terms of Use

The pilot service

BillerFit compares practice business requirements with submitted vendor capabilities and may facilitate an introduction when both sides indicate interest. The pilot is an evaluation service, not a clinical, legal, accounting, credentialing, payment, or medical billing service.

Business information only

You must not submit patient names, diagnoses, clinical records, claim identifiers, dates of birth, or other patient-level information. You represent that you have authority to submit the business contact and operational information you provide.

Verification and matching

Business-email verification confirms control of a submitted address. It is not a quality, security, compliance, or performance endorsement. Compatibility scores are based on submitted information and published factors; they do not guarantee a successful commercial relationship.

Paid or sponsored placement, if introduced later, will be labeled and will not change the underlying compatibility score.

Your responsibilities

• Provide accurate, current business information.
• Protect private action links and use them only as intended.
• Independently evaluate licensing, references, security, pricing, contracts, insurance, and regulatory fit before engaging a vendor.
• Follow applicable email, privacy, marketing, and professional rules.
• Do not scrape, disrupt, reverse engineer, or misuse the service or another participant's information.

Introductions and independent parties

Practices and vendors are independent businesses. BillerFit is not a party to their contract and does not control services, fees, results, or conduct after an introduction. Either participant may decline an opportunity.

Pilot availability

The pilot is provided on an "as is" and "as available" basis. To the extent permitted by law, BillerFit disclaims implied warranties and is not liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or lost-profit damages arising from pilot use. The service may be changed, suspended, or ended to protect participants or evaluate the business.

Removal and contact

BillerFit may reject or remove inaccurate, unsafe, unlawful, or out-of-scope submissions. Vendors can pause opportunity emails or request profile removal through the link in an opportunity email.
